Nestled between the pacific ocean and the lush jungle right next to Sayulita, you will find the home for our next retreat.
The Space
Our home for the week is a new concept wellness resort and retreat space where a constellation of elements—elegant design, holistic wellbeing, sensory nourishment, and easeful service experiences—invites you to reconnect: to yourself, to nature, to your body, and to whatever matters most to you.
A beautiful yoga deck that overlooks the ocean and beautiful sunsets, this is where we will start and end our practice everyday.
Our practice will include one yoga sculpt/fitness class and a vinyasa flow class daily.
Along with onsite opportunities for Reiki and Sound Bath sessions from our local partners.

Savor the Soul of Nayarit at Tekuamana
Let your senses come alive with dishes crafted by Nayarit’s own Chef Jorge Miramontes. Rooted in Mexican tradition and reimagined through a modern, health-forward lens, the Tekuamana menu celebrates organic, local, and wild ingredients. Our kitchen is entirely free of seed oils, favoring ghee, avocado oil, and rendered fats to enhance flavor and nutrition. House-made lacto-fermented foods, fresh sourdough, and small-batch kombucha round out a culinary experience that’s as nourishing as it is unforgettable.
At the Tekuamana bar, local mixologists have curated a vibrant menu of designer cocktails, craft beers, natural wines, and sophisticated non-alcoholic options—all crafted with the region’s freshest ingredients and a focus on bold, clean flavor.
Set against sweeping coastal views, where whales breach offshore and sunsets paint the sky year-round, Tekuamana offers more than just a meal—it’s an elevated taste of place.
What’s included in my package?
6 days (5 nights) at our beautiful wellness retreat resort.
Transportation to and from our wellness retreat from the Puerto Vallarta Airport.
1 Sculpt/Fitness class each day.
1 Vinyasa/Flow yoga class each day.
Unlimited access to on-site sauna, steamroom, cold plunge and outdoor gym.
Bring a yoga towel/yogitoes. Mats, blocks and weights provided.
Access to pool, hot tub and private beach.
Access to two golf carts to take into town and explore the area.
All meals curated by our amazing on site chef and staff.
Tips are included in your retreat price.
All water on site is filtered safe for drinking.
Safety is our top priority. This is a private resort with a private road only accessible through a security checkpoint.
Things you have access to but not INCLUDED in the package-
Full bar/Alcoholic Drinks.
On-site massage services.
On-site barista and coffee bar (Complementary fruit, bars and standard black coffee will be provided each morning).
Resort laundry service provided for a fee.
Transportation to and from the airport is provided the day the retreat begins and the day it ends. If you arrive or depart on an earlier or later day you will have to uber or taxi.
Airfare not included.
If you are flying from PDX we suggest getting the direct flight from PDX to PVR (Puerto Vallarta) with Alaska Airlines on the first day of your retreat.
This is a 7:30am direct flight that gets you into PVR at 12:57 pm.
An October 17th arrival for the first retreat and October 24th for the second retreat.

This Shared Bedroom has three twin beds. Each person will have their own bed and will be sharing the bathroom with the other two guests in your room.
